Are reservations required?
No, but we strongly recommend them. Walk-ins are welcome, but there is no guarantee we will have machines available.
What do I need to do to make a reservation?
Please call / e-mail us to check availability. We will need: name, phone number, and credit card to make a reservation.You can also fill out our reservation request form here.
What are your business hours?
We are open daily 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
How old do you have to be to rent a snowmobile or ATV?
You must be 18 (eighteen) years old to rent a snowmobile or ATV.
How old do you have to be to drive a snowmobile or ATV?
You must be 16 (sixteen) years old with a valid drivers license in your possession only when accompanied by your parent to drive a snowmobile or ATV. NO EXCEPTIONS.
What do I need to bring snowmobiling?
Gloves, Drivers License, Credit Card, Eye Protection, Sun Screen, Camera. Please dress in layers.
What do I need to bring ATVing?
Drivers License, Credit Card, Eye Protection (required), Sunscreen, Camera. Please wear long pant. Open toed shoes will not be allowed. Be prepared with a jacket, raingear and a sweatshirt.
What is your snowmobile season?
We rent snowmobiles as early as November 20th thru April 1st (weather permitting).
What is you ATV season?
We rent ATVs May 25th thru November (weather permitting). The US Forest Service governs our trail system, so they open and close the system when they feel necessary.
What time should I check in for a reservation?
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation time.
How many miles of trails do you have?
We have approximately 130 miles of groomed trails.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, cancellations need to be done 48 hours prior to your departure. If cancellations are made within that time period, you will be held responsible for the full value of the rent unless we can rent the machine(s) to someone else.
Do you offer insurance to cover damages?
No, you will be held responsible for all damages. You will also be held responsible for retrieval of machines (for non mechanical reasons) and loss of rent.
Do you take a damage deposit?
Yes, deposits are necessary for all machines. Please arrive with a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) for deposits. Debit Cards and American Express will not be allowed for Damage Deposits.
What type of payments do you take?
We take Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Debit Cards when paying for your rental. Checks will not be accepted.
What type of helmets do you offer?
We have motorcross and open-face style helmets for you to wear. Goggles are available.
Do you offer refunds due to weather?
No, please be prepared for all weather conditions.
